Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine is the state authority with special status, aimed at providing the state protection to competition in the field of entrepreneurial activity.

STA of Ukraine is governmental organization that fixes and provides the procedure of tax payment and  income registration.

State Treasure of Ukraine is a system of executive authorities, directed by the Constitution of Ukraine, Ukrainian Laws, orders of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, instructions of President of Ukraine.

State Department of Intellectual Property is realizing, within its authorities, the uniform policy on economical, financial, scientific and technical as well as investment issues and elaborating proposals on its improvement based upon the results of analyzing the national intellectual property protection system’s activities.

Pension Fund of Ukraine is a central authority of executive power, which does the administration and management of sympathetic state compulsory system of pension insurance, rules accumulation, collection and calculation of insurance payments, appoints pensions and prepares documents.

State committee of labour approved provisions on state employment office, state fund of assistance for people’s employment, order of registration of unemployed and payment of moneyed allowance, organization of paid public works, control over observance of legislation on public employment.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is the highest Executive authority. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine accomplishing its executive power directly through the central and local executive authorities, directing their steps and controlling their activity.

Kyiv city Administration is a representative authority of local self-government that represent territorial community of Kyiv and fulfills on behalf of it and for the sake of it functions and permissions of self-government.

The mission of Ministry Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine is finding solutions to such problems as reformation of the payment system and pension ensuring, realisation of governmental employment program.  

Ministry of Finances of Ukraine (Minfin) takes place of the central authority of executive power subordinated to the Cabinet of Ministers. Minfin guarantees the procedure of execution of single government financial , budget and tax  programs.
